1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how INVAI LTD ("we", "us") handles information in connection with interactiveduels.ai (the "Site"). The Site is an adults-only (18+) promotional landing page for Live Duels on Swipey (swipey.ai). It is deliberately built to collect as little data as possible: there are no user accounts, no registration forms, no comment sections, and no payment processing on the Site.

2. What we do not collect
- No account or profile data. The Site has no login or registration.
- No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses.
- No payment or billing information.
- No precise location data.
- No first-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies set by the Site.
3. Age gate and sessionStorage
When you confirm that you are 18 or older, the Site stores a single flag in your browser's sessionStorage. This flag exists only so the age screen does not reappear on every page view during the same browsing session. It contains no personal data, is never transmitted to us, and is deleted automatically by your browser when the session ends.
4. UTM parameters and analytics
Links from the Site to swipey.ai carry UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content). These identify the page and the specific button or placement that was clicked so that traffic from this Site can be measured in aggregate on the Swipey side. UTM parameters describe the link, not you: they contain no personal identifiers.
Like almost every website, our hosting and content delivery infrastructure may automatically record standard technical server logs (such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to build profiles of visitors.
5. Third-party services
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google receives standard technical request data such as your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details. The Site contains links to swipey.ai and related promotional sites; once you leave the Site, the destination's own privacy policy applies. We recommend reviewing Swipey's privacy policy before creating an account there.
6. GDPR summary (EEA and UK visitors)
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, our legal basis for the minimal technical processing described above is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): operating, securing, and measuring a promotional website. You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Because the Site holds essentially no personal data about you, most requests can be answered immediately. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
